Welcome to anarchitecture.ma. This legal notice and privacy policy informs you, in accordance with the applicable regulations (in particular the General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — and Moroccan Law No. 09-08).

All content on the site (texts, photographs, illustrations, logo and graphics) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction or use, even partial, without prior written authorisation from the publisher is prohibited.

4. Personal data & GDPR

4.1 Data controller

The controller of the data collected on this site is Anass Nemrouri, reachable at contact@anarchitecture.ma.

4.2 Data collected

Contact form: name, email address and message. This data is sent by email to the controller in order to answer your request. It is not stored in a site database.
Audience measurement: the site uses a statistics solution without cookies and without personal data. Only aggregated data (number of visits, page views) is collected anonymously, without identifying a visitor.

4.3 Legal basis

The processing relies on the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6.1(f) GDPR) to respond to contact requests and measure traffic anonymously. The site collects no data for marketing purposes: there is no newsletter or promotional offer.

4.4 Retention period

Contact messages are kept in the controller's inbox for as long as necessary to handle your request, then deleted or archived in accordance with the applicable regulations.

4.5 Cookies

The site only uses strictly necessary cookies:

lang — remembers your chosen language;
csrf_token — form security;
ww_flash — temporary message after form submission.

No advertising, tracking or social network cookie is set.

4.6 Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and Moroccan Law No. 09-08, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection over your data. To exercise them, write to contact@anarchitecture.ma. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Exchanges between your browser and the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Only the controller accesses the requests sent via the contact form.
